The pandemic has presented unprecedented and extraordinary challenges for our communities, our retailers, our teams, and our customers.

We continue to monitor the situation and Government’s public health guidance closely, and we will keep all our shoppers updated via our website and social media channels.

From Friday 24th July and in line with the latest Government Face Covering Guidance, we are asking our customers to wear a face covering, both when visiting the shopping centre, our restaurants, our leisure operators and also when shopping in our stores.

The wellbeing of our staff and customers continues to be our top priority, and we are committed to making your shopping experience as safe as possible. Please protect yourself and others by wearing a face covering when visiting the centre.

The safety of our shoppers, employees and retailers is paramount and we have made a number of changes to your shopping experience to help keep you safe. These include;

  1. Physical Distance Signage throughout the centre with a one-way, ‘Keep Left’, operation in place.
  2. Hand Sanitiser available at Entry/Exit points, car park payment machines, lifts and our Customer Service Desk.
  3. Enhanced cleaning regimes with cleaning taking place every hour on customer touch points.
  4. Lifts are ‘one household only’ at a time and customers must keep at least 3 steps apart on the escalators.

Toilets

The toilets are open, however, the number of users at any one time is limited to allow for physical distancing.

 

Parking

The car park is open as normal but there may be delays at the entrance should The Atrium reach occupancy capacity.

Stores

Our stores, restaurants and leisure facilities are all now OPEN
